Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for its intended purposes.

Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform or its related systems.

All content, features, and functionality of the Platform are owned by SkyHighGrowth Inc. or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted no rights to the Platform’s content except as expressly provided in these Terms.

The CompliAI Platform uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to enhance user experience and analyze usage.

Essential cookies – required for platform functionality.

Analytics cookies – collected via Google Analytics to monitor and improve performance.

Marketing cookies – used via HubSpot to deliver newsletters and promotional content with your consent.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at our discretion, without notice, for any reason, including if we believe you have violated these Terms.

The Platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SkyHighGrowth Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

Your use or inability to use the Platform.

Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.

Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Platform.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SkyHighGrowth Inc., its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from any claim, demand, loss, or damage, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or related to your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which SkyHighGrowth Inc. is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
